To reset cookies and clear cache in Chrome, please do the following:
- Start Google Chrome.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon
on the browser toolbar. - Select Clear Browsing Data:
- Select “from the beginning of time”. Tick “Cookies and other site plugin data” to delete cookies. Tick “cached images and files” to clear only cache.
- Refresh browser:
