How to enable cloudHQ (third-party application) in Box Enterprise / Box Business

Here are short instructions for how to enable cloudHQ or any third-party applications in Box Enterprise:

  1. Login to box.com as a Box administrator.
  2. Go to https://app.box.com/master/settings.
  3. Click on the Apps in left panel (app.box.com/master/settings/apps.
  4. Scroll down to Global App Setting and ensure that Disable published third party apps by default in not checked:

  5. If you do not want to Disable published third party apps by default, scroll down to Individual Application Controls and enable cloudHQ:
