When recording a video by clicking the upper right corner of Google Chrome browser, you might need to give permission to the extension access your camera and microphone to record video emails.
Here is how to that:

When window popup with video is opened click on ‘lock’ icon in upper right corner and select Always allow to access your camera and michrophone
- Click on Done
- Refresh your browser.
