When recording a video inside your Gmail you might need to give permission to Gmail and cloudHQ to access your camera and microphone to record video emails.

Here is how to do that:

1. Open Chrome and go to your Gmail (https://mail.google.com)

2. Click on the ‘padlock’ icon and click “Site settings” in the dropdown menu:
   
3. In the dropdown that appears, select “Allow” for both camera and microphone:
   
4. Go to https://www.cloudHQ.net/
5. Click on the ‘padlock’ icon and click “Site settings” in the dropdown menu:
   
6. In the dropdown that appears, select “Allow” for both camera and microphone:
   
7. Refresh your browser.
