Getting started with Gmail Message Preview

Are you looking to save time when looking at your emails? Gmail Message Preview lets you preview your emails with 1, 2, 3 first lines of your email, or you can see the entirety of your email automatically in your preview window.
Gmail Message Preview – Preview your emails at a glance and find the information you need without having to open each one!

  1. Install the cloudHQ Chrome extension Gmail Message Preview from the link below:
    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gmail-message-preview/iencecfjahgolpojakafmnobbkfgcehp:
  2. Click ‘Add to Chrome’ button:

  3. Click ‘Add extension’ button:

  4. ‘Gmail Message Preview’ extension is installed successfully and an icon is added as shown below:

  5. The extension lets you see your inbox emails without opening them. Choose from these views:
    • 1st line of your email
    • First 2 lines of your email
    • First 3 lines of your email
    • The full content of the email

  6. You can also hover the the ‘eye’ icon to quickly preview content of the email:
