Forwarded Email Importer is a browser extension that helps you quickly import .eml (forwarded email) attachments directly into your Gmail inbox. With a single click, you can migrate forwarded messages to your Gmail account, and all imported emails will be automatically labeled.

To install the extension, go to the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome>. Follow the instructions on screen to finish installing.

To upgrade to a paid version of Forwarded Email Importer (which does not have any limitations – allows you import unlimited number of emails), follow these steps:

1. Login into cloudHQ
2. Go here: https://www.cloudhq.net/upgrade?cycle=Y&product_what=gmail_save_eml&subscription_what=1

To find emails that were forwarded to you, use this search: “to:me has:attachment filename:eml”. In Gmail, this will show emails sent to you that include attached forwarded emails.
