Introduction

The Website to PDF (also shown as Save Webpage to PDF) dashboard in cloudHQ lets you view, organize, share, rename, and delete PDFs created from web pages.

How to access the Website to PDF dashboard

Option 1: Access from the cloudHQ menu

  1. Sign in to your cloudHQ account.
  2. Click Dashboards in the top menu.
  3. Click Show All Apps (if you don’t see Website to PDF right away).
  4. Select Save Webpage to PDF (Website to PDF).

You can also open the dashboard directly using this URL:
https://www.cloudhq.net/main_website_to_pdf/

Note: If you’re not signed in, you’ll be prompted to log in first. After signing in, you’ll be redirected to the Website to PDF dashboard.

View your saved PDFs

On the Save Webpage to PDF dashboard, you will see a list of your Saved PDFs. Each PDF row shows the file name and the date/time it was created or saved.

You may also see a status message (for example, “Status as of 30 seconds ago”) with a refresh icon.

Manage PDFs using the action icons

To manage a saved PDF, use the three action icons displayed next to each PDF in the list. These icons let you Rename, Share, or Delete a saved PDF.

Action icons: Rename, Share, Delete

Rename (edit/pencil icon):
Change the PDF name to something more descriptive.

Share (person-with-plus icon):
Share the PDF by email or using a secure link.

Delete (trash icon):
Remove the PDF from your saved list.

Rename a saved PDF

  1. In the Saved PDFs list, locate the PDF you want to rename.
  2. Click the Rename (edit/pencil) icon.
  3. Enter the new file name.
  4. Save/confirm to apply the change.

Tip: Use a descriptive format like ProjectName – Date – Website so the PDF is easy to identify later.

Share a saved PDF

To share a PDF, click the Share (person-with-plus) icon. This opens the Save Webpage to PDF – Share page, where you can share by email or by secure link. For step-by-step instructions, see How to share PDFs created by Webpage to PDF in cloudHQ.

Delete a saved PDF

  1. In the Saved PDFs list, locate the PDF you want to delete.
  2. Click the Delete (trash) icon.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Tip: Delete PDFs only when you no longer need them, since deleting removes them from your Saved PDFs list.
